As a Quality Control (QC) Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards.


You are responsible for:
As part of our growing QC team (currently 3 members, expanding soon), you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable quality standards. Your key tasks include:

  • Conducting meticulous quality inspections on aerospace composite panels and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Performing visual inspections, precise measurements, and tests to identify any deviations or defects.
  • Carrying out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to validate product compliance before shipment.
  • Conducting incoming inspections of raw materials and purchased components.
  • Performing calibrations on equipment as part of ongoing maintenance efforts.
  • Monitoring and documenting temperature and humidity conditions, especially in critical environments like our cleanroom.
  • Generating detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate records for traceability.
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, production, and procurement teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Job requirements

We are searching for a precise and standfast professional who thrives in a high-tech aerospace environment. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Education: MBO (or equivalent work experience) in a technical field, preferably with internal audit training.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in quality control, production, or technical development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in aerospace or composites manufacturing is a strong advantage, but not a must.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Quality Tools: Familiarity with quality control tools and software (e.g., CMM, NDI devices, or laser trackers is a plus).
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detecting deviations and ensuring precision in every step.
  • Communication: Proficient in English (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. (Dutch is a plus)
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adjust to evolving priorities.
